To support modern hybrid work dynamics, the layout transitions to an agile, shared desk policy (hot desking). Instead of fixed workstations, team members enjoy the freedom to select a desk that matches their daily tasks and focus levels. Secure personal lockers are integrated into the floor plan, giving employees a dedicated space to store personal belongings and transition smoothly between collaborative work zones and independent deep-work hubs.

Japandi-Inspired Aesthetics & High-Performance Acoustics

The interior styling draws inspiration from Japandi design - the fusion of Scandinavian functionality and Japanese minimalism. A neutral, easily transferable color and material palette (warm wood tones, soft off-whites, natural fabric tones) creates a serene visual flow throughout the workspace. To ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment, targeted acoustic elements are strategically placed to absorb sound and maintain optimal acoustic comfort.

Ergonomics & Wellbeing-Centered Facilities

Employee health and focus are prioritized with ergonomic office chairs and electric height-adjustable sit-stand desks, allowing staff to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday. Beyond the primary workspace, the renovation introduces a private mother’s room (nursing/parent room). Designed as a peaceful retreat for working mothers, this dedicated space provides privacy, comfort, and inclusivity in accordance with contemporary workplace wellbeing standards.

Sustainable Kitchen Refresh & Vibrant Communal Hub

Embracing a circular, sustainable approach to office renovation, the existing kitchen cabinetry was retained and revitalized rather than replaced. The refreshed kitchen space now features a vibrant tiled backsplash, an accent wallpaper and contemporary breakout furniture. This communal area serves as a lively social anchor for informal catch-ups and team lunches.
