You've commited to spend. Now let's make the most of it.

By this point, the largest financial commitment is already made. What comes next determines how much it pays off  — for the people who work there, the clients who visit, and the candidates you want to attract.

Our experience shows that design decisions made in the next 60–90 days mark the difference. Once construction begins, changes typically cost 2–5× more in time and rework.

of Zurich executives say their office no longer reflects their brand positioning.

What happens when no one owns the whole picture

No clear accountability

Architects, suppliers, and internal teams each deliver their part. But no one owns how those parts come together leading to misaligned decisions, late changes, and finding problems too late to fix cleanly.

The project moves forward, but with no vision

Without a single, integrated view, decisions are made in isolation — layout, furniture, acoustics, branding. The result is a space that functions, but feels generic.

Timelines slip and reworks are needed

When suppliers aren’t aligned early, issued occur. Furniture arrives before layouts are resolved. Acoustic issues are discovered after installation. What could have been decided upfront turns into delays.

Most firms assume their architect covers all aspects. Here's what Upscale’s all-in-one service looks like.

Everything you need to know before the call

How long does a typical project take?

Most office redesigns take 4–8 weeks. Smaller projects can be done in 2–4 weeks; larger relocations may take up to 3 months.

What's the typical investment / budget range?

Most projects fall between CHF 100k and CHF 600k, depending on office size, scope, and specification level.

We already work with an architect. Is there an conflict /overlap?

No problem. Architects handle structure and layout — we handle furniture, acoustics, workplace strategy, and procurement. The two work well in parallel.

Do you work outside Zurich / Switzerland?

Yes, we also work outside of Zurich with our broad base of local interior designers in Switzerland and Europe

Can we see examples of completed projects?

Yes. Visit our projects page or request a portfolio on the discovery call. We've worked with Syz Bank, Janus Henderson, Marmot, Dialectic, and Adia (Adecco Group)
