01

Client Perception

For firms that host clients — private banks, wealth managers, law firms — the office is the first pitch. Before any proposal is presented, the room has already told your client what kind of firm you are, and whether you're worth the fee.
A boardroom that looks like every other boardroom doesn't build trust. It confirms you're interchangeable.
02

Talent Retention & Recruitment

Your office is the first expression of your culture. Candidates understand your brand the moment they walk in — and top talent chooses firms where identity and ambition are visible.
"We no longer have to explain our brand; the space does it for us."

The Cost of Getting It Wrong

A quick furniture solution may seem simple, but it rarely is. Misaligned layouts, retrofitted acoustics, and short-lived designs create costly disruptions. Offices that don’t plan strategically often face rework, wasted investment, and lost performance.
Firms that “simply order furniture” often spend more in the long run, and end up with a space that never quite works.

04

Competitive Advantage

A well-designed workplace drives focus, creativity, and better decision-making. For the firms that understand this, the office becomes one of the most productive investments on the balance sheet
05

Design Coherence

The strongest office environments tell a single story from reception to boardroom. With access to 280+ European furniture brands, Upscale curates every detail around your brand.
06

Sustainability

The materials and light in a space affect how people feel, focus, and perform. Offices built to last signal to clients and talent that the firm pays attention to what others overlook
07

End-to-End Execution

One partner manages concept, design, sourcing, and delivery. Leaders save hours coordinating vendors, while Upscale complements existing architects without replacing them.

Everything you need to know before the call

How long does a typical project take?

Most office redesigns take 4–8 weeks. Smaller projects can be done in 2–4 weeks; larger relocations may take up to 3 months.

What's the typical investment / budget range?

Most projects fall between CHF 100k and CHF 600k, depending on office size, scope, and specification level.

We already work with an architect. Is there an conflict /overlap?

No problem. Architects handle structure and layout — we handle furniture, acoustics, workplace strategy, and procurement. The two work well in parallel.

Do you work outside Zurich / Switzerland?

Yes, we also work outside of Zurich with our broad base of local interior designers in Switzerland and Europe

Can we see examples of completed projects?

Yes. Visit our projects page or request a portfolio on the discovery call. We've worked with Syz Bank, Janus Henderson, Marmot, Dialectic, and Adia (Adecco Group)
