Industrial client experience center.
Future Area
This project reimagines a warehouse as a welcoming client experience center. With ceilings reaching nearly five meters, the key challenge was to soften the scale of the space, making it feel comfortable and human while preserving its strong industrial character.

Instead of dividing the volume with conventional walls, freestanding metal structures inspired by shipping container frames were introduced. These elements subtly define the welcome area, meeting rooms, and kitchenette, creating “rooms within the room” while maintaining openness and visual flow.

The raw industrial character of exposed metal and unfinished surfaces was intentionally preserved to highlight the authenticity of the warehouse setting. To balance this, warm wooden accents were integrated into furniture and key details, adding softness and enhancing the sense of comfort.
The result is a space that feels both open and intimate - a refined industrial environment designed to support collaboration, connection, and meaningful client experiences.
